MARGAUX ALVAREZ

Margaux Alvarez is a winemaker and small business owner of the G.O.A.T. wine.  She is a 7x CrossFit Games Athlete, World Long Drive Golfer and Level 3 Certified CrosssFit Trainer.  Margaux currently lives in Las Vegas and is focused on growing her business and brand. She is sharing her lifestyle with the community and her message to you is: Work hard towards your goals, celebrate your struggles and successes at the end of each day and wine down.

SCOTT

PANCHIK

Scott is an 8 time CrossFit Games athlete and owner of CrossFit Mentality. He graduated from the University of Mount Union where he studied Health and Physical Education, earned two National Championships and Academic All American Honors playing football for the Purple Raiders. After college Scott was hired as a health and physical education teacher at Mentor High School (2011-2013). During those two years Scott ran the school's strength and conditioning program, and coached football and wrestling. In 2012 Scott made his mark in the CrossFit Open winning the first workout, which lead to the opportunity to open his own gym. 

GRAHAM

HOLMBERG

6 time CrossFit Games athlete Graham has been learning, training and competing his entire life. Playing football and baseball at Capital University consumed most of his college career along with studying and earning a bachelor’s degree in education. Following graduation Graham continued his strength and conditioning as he coached freshman baseball in Granville and was a personal trainer in New Albany. Enter CrossFit, and he is taking it to a whole new level.


To teach and learn is a strong passion that he embraces in his own training. The CrossFit games has brought competition back into the picture and has been a life changing experience when he came home with the title “Fittest on Earth”. In his time out of the gym he loves to be outdoors and being with his wife Savanna and 3 kids, Storm, Hatalie and Holt.​

AMANDA

BARNHART

Amanda is a 2x CrossFit Games athlete and finished 7th at the 2019 Games. 

​

 She started CrossFit in 2014 after graduating college. Amanda swam Division 1 in college at Cleveland state University for four years.

In high school she played volleyball, swam, and ran track for four years. She was also a gymnast for 10 years growing up.

FEE

SAGHAFI

Feeroozeh Saghafi is a CrossFit Games athlete, placing 25th in her rookie games appearance this 2019. She coaches and trains out of CrossFit Mentality under her coach and training partner Scott Panchik.

 

Fee is a Cleveland local who graduated with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science & Master’s in Business & Administration from John Carroll University. Inspired by her CrossFit journey and how it has impacted and enhanced different areas of her life, she is currently a full time pre-medical student pursuing her passion for a future in the health and wellness field! 

KRISTI

ERAMO

Kristi has been involved in sports her entire life.  Prior to CrossFit, she was a collegiate swimmer and soccer player for the University of Louisville. After graduating, she found a love for endurance training and competed in several triathlons, half and full marathons. She found CrossFit through friends and started attending her first classes in summer of 2013.

She struggled to get through introductory classes as the movements seemed so foreign to her and integrating into class seemed terrifying! But she worked her butt off in 2015 and 2016 and qualified for her first CrossFit Games in 2016! She then continued to qualify again in 2017, 2018 and 2019! She turned down individual in 2019 and chose to be part of a Super Team!

 

Outside of CrossFit, she loves to run with her dog, cycle, rock climb, hike with her husband and just be outside putting her fitness skills to use.

SAXON

PANCHIK

Saxon started CrossFit in 2009 with his brothers Spencer and Scott Panchik.  Saxon is a CF-L1 and has been coaching for 5+ years.

​Saxon has competed as an individual at the CrossFit Central Regional Competition  four times,  and was a 2018 CrossFit Games individual athlete.

Saxon is currently ranked in the top 20 athletes in the world.

SPENCER
PANCHIK

Spencer's journey in CrossFit also began in 2009 with his brothers.  Spencer is a CF-L1 Trainer and has been coaching for 5+ years. 

Spencer has competed at the CrossFit Central Regional Competition twice, once as an individual and once as a team competitor.

Spencer is also an EMT.

LOGAN

ALDRIDGE

Logan sustained a traumatic boating accident during competitive wakeboard training at the age of 13, and as a result, his left arm was amputated above the elbow. He quickly adopted a motto and mindset that, “it’s just an arm.” Logan has since competed in sports from the collegiate level all the way to representing Team USA in multiple Paralympic events. Logan is a workout programmer and coach for WheelWOD and is the reigning World’s Fittest Upper-Extremity Adaptive Athlete.
